Participation in the project began in 2021. The project client was UMMC Holding (Russia). The facility was commissioned in September 2023. The project was successfully completed and delivered on schedule in full compliance with all technical and quality requirements.

VERKHNYAYA PYSHMA
TOURING THEATER
Turnkey construction of the theater in Verkhnaya Pyshma. We joined the project after a contractor change, optimized processes, and accelerated construction. Planned commissioning — in 2–3 months.
RC SAADLIYAT MURAD BUILDING
Construction of the facility began in October 2025. The project is currently in an active phase. At present, concrete works are underway on site: foundation installation and construction of the first floors. The project is being executed with phased quality control at all stages of construction.
